Remote controls, receivers and alarm electronics for gate, parking, access and security systems. Our electronics partner has built wired and wireless alarm and communication products since 1994 and already ships to customers in North America.

Many products need more than one kind of factory. A gate remote needs a circuit board and a molded case. A voice alarm speaker may need a custom enclosure. We coordinate the partner factories, bring the parts together and ship one consignment.

How a project runs

From drawing to shipment

  1. 01

    Send your request

    Drawings (STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF), a sample or a written specification, with your target quantities.

  2. 02

    Review and quotation

    We check manufacturability with the factory and send a quotation covering tooling, unit price and lead time.

  3. 03

    Tooling and samples

    Molds are built and first samples are made for your approval. 3D-printed prototypes are available earlier.

  4. 04

    Pilot run

    A small batch confirms the process and the parts before full production starts.

  5. 05

    Production and inspection

    We follow production and inspect the goods at the factory before they ship.

  6. 06

    Export shipment

    We prepare the export documents and ship by sea or air from Taiwan.

Quality

Close enough to check in person

Our office is in central Taipei. Two partner factories are a short drive away in New Taipei City, and the molding partner is in Miaoli County, about 95 km south. We can be at any of them within a working day for sample approval or a pre-shipment inspection.
